The Good Florist Guide has the backing of Florist & Wholesale Buyer, the flower industry’s number one trade magazine. Owned by Wordhouse Publishing, the magazine has been the industry’s eyes, ears and voice for over 50 years and is run by a team who have a wealth of experience and industry knowledge.

In the course of our day-to-day work we constantly come across really fantastic shops which we would like to share with you through this Guide.

Top of the list are our Master Florists who have all gone through a strict validation process. This means that their shops have been assessed by independent verifiers from the Society of Floristry, British Florist Association and the Flowers & Plants Association as well as the Editor of Florist & Wholesale Buyer and other Master Florists.

Next are our F&WB Good Florist shops. Whilst these have not been evaluated in quite the same way as the Master Florists these shops are either known to us or have been recommended by others on the list. Having filled in an extensive questionnaire we are confident that they are good enough to be included.

The result? A guide that will put you directly in touch with a good, real, local florist who will supply fabulous flowers of your choice.

The Good Florist Guide is owned by Caroline Marshall-Foster who has worked in the industry for nearly 30 years running her own shops as well as Florist & Wholesale Buyer. In many cases the florists in the Guide are her personal recommendations, anyone of whom she would happily choose to send flowers to her Mum and closest friends.
